Traveler must make a NONREFUNDABLE deposit payment of $300 at time of registration to secure their spot.
Monthly minimum payment will be required on the 6th of every month until paid in full to keep your reservations current. Monthly payment amount will be determined when you make your reservation.
Trip balance must be PAID IN FULL by December 6,2025.
Penalty of $250 will be assessed on any balance due after the final payment deadline.

This means that if you are traveling with a companion, both you and your roommate must book your trip and pay the required deposit simultaneously to secure your accommodations. This policy is in place to ensure that all guests have a confirmed spot on the trip and to maintain the integrity of our bookings. We recommend discussing travel plans with your intended roommate before making any reservations to avoid any misunderstandings or complications.
In the unfortunate event that your roommate decides to cancel their trip, please note that you will be charged at the single occupancy rate unless you are able to find another roommate to share the accommodations.
